1. Overview & Commitment

Tabivie ("Tabivie", "we", "our"), a brand operated by AHT Cloud (AL Hadaf Technologies Pvt. Ltd.), is dedicated to safeguarding the privacy and security of our users, including medical students, educators, and healthcare facilities. This policy outlines how information is gathered, stored, and protected across our educational mock test platforms and Hospital Management System (HMS).

2. Hybrid AI & On-Device Processing

A core pillar of Tabivie’s architecture is privacy-by-design. Whenever patient health records (PHI), doctor voice dictations, or confidential clinical notes are processed within Tabivie HMS, lightweight quantized models operate directly on-premise on edge devices. Sensitive clinical notes are never uploaded or used for third-party AI training.

3. Information We Collect

• Account Data: Name, professional email, phone number, and institution credentials upon registration.
• Educational Performance Data: Mock test scores, accuracy metrics, time per question, and diagnostic weak areas for FMGE, NEET UG, and NEET PG.
• Hospital Operational Logs: OPD check-in timestamps, anonymized patient queue tokens, bed allocations, and billing audit logs.

4. Security & Cryptographic Safeguards

All stored databases and file attachments are encrypted with AES-256 standards. Communications between client applications and Tabivie servers are secured with TLS 1.3 encryption. We maintain strict role-based access control (RBAC) and immutable access logs.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain institutional and student data only as long as an active account or institutional tenant agreement is maintained. Organizations and individual mobile app users may request complete data exports or permanent cryptographic account deletion at any time.

In compliance with Google Play Store User Data policies, users can submit an account and personal data deletion request directly through our dedicated Account & Data Deletion Request Page or via the in-app privacy settings.
