Terms of Service & User Agreement.
Effective date: August 2026. Standard terms governing the usage of Tabivie medical education platforms and Hospital Management Systems.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Tabivie web portals, mobile apps, or cloud HMS infrastructure, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a coaching academy, clinic, or hospital, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Educational & Mock Test Usage
Tabivie provides adaptive question banks, test simulations, and AI diagnostic tutoring for FMGE, NEET UG, and NEET PG. While our questions and ranking models reflect official examination patterns, Tabivie makes no guarantee of individual examination outcomes.
3. White-Label & Tenant Licenses
Institutions subscribing to our White-Label & Own Branding tier are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy our test engine under their customized branding on approved application stores during their active subscription term.
4. Hospital Management System (HMS) Service Standards
Tabivie provides cloud HMS modules for administrative, appointment, EMR, and billing workflows. Tabivie is not a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine. Clinical diagnoses, prescription decisions, and emergency patient protocols remain solely the responsibility of licensed medical practitioners.
5. Intellectual Property
All software, algorithms, local AI neural architectures, UI designs, and NBE question repositories remain the proprietary intellectual property of Tabivie and AHT Cloud (AL Hadaf Technologies Pvt. Ltd.).
6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal proceedings or disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
